An action shot of Soren playing with his foot while watching the Olympics with me tonight. He pulled off his sock and then just had some fun with his toes before I put him in his sling for some goodnight sleep. Not only has he discovered his feet, he's figured out that his hands can grab them!
Last Friday while my car was in the shop having some warranteed repair work done, I took Einar and his friends (and Soren too) on a bus ride to a birthday party. This is the crew drinking Jamba Juice at the bus stop. It was a really short ride, but it saved us quite a bit of time walking in hot weather so that they could run around at the park instead. They were great adventurers and are looking forward to their next bus ride.
Soren has found that he has many friends his age that he meets up with on blankets around the neighborhood and greets from his sling when we run into them. This is Hayes who is about one month older. Hayes is definitely got the locomotion down and is threatening to start crawling soon.
"Gee Mom, have you felt these two teeth yet?" You bet I have little guy! I even got a good bite last night as you were falling asleep on the boob. The following video is of Soren trying to catch something more interesting than a finger to run his new teeth over. I'd rather have a brownie over a slobbered-on finger too!
